GELATIN POWDER - 1 OZ

A type B winery and brewery grade gelatin.  Its high-gelling strength reduces the amount required to effective fine wine and beer.  To aid clearing, dissolve 5 g in 100 ml of hot water and add to finished beer or red wine.
